The Biofeedback Federation of Europe’s Annual Meeting is an interdisciplinary biofeedback conference, held at a different location in Europe each year. It is designed to nurture communication and education between specialists from different disciplines. Experts from neurofeedback, biofeedback, psychology, medicine, physical therapy, education and other professions join newcomers and students to share and learn.

In addition, the BFE sponsors a variety of events throughout the year.
